Schedule
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday
- 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday through Thursday
- Occasional Friday overtime as needed to meet customer demands

Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor equipment performance and identify operational issues
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process
- Work with team members and maintenance personnel to keep equipment running properly
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience operating hydraulic manufacturing equipment is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Drug screen and background check required
