Are you a hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving problems and keeping operations running at peak performance? Join a growing Cleveland-based manufacturing company where your skills make a direct impact every day. We’re looking for a reliable and experienced technician to support our production by maintaining and repairing industrial equipment.
Work Schedule: 1st shift 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with occasional overtime on Fridays.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Diagnose issues and replace or repair defective components.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment records.
- Support installation of new equipment and upgrades.
- Coordinate with outside contractors when needed.
- Other duties/projects as assigned.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Welding and basic fabrication knowledge.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Experience repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- To ensure safety, drug screening and background check required.
