We are a successful Custom Materials and Automotive Services company looking for a dedicated Supervisor to support our 2nd shift team, to ensure safety and product quality to maximize our production efficiency, and to foster a positive team culture.
Work hours are Monday through Thursday, from 4:30 pm to 3:00 am with occasional Friday night hours, when necessary to meet our customer demands.
Duties include but not limited to the following:
- Lead and coordinate all activities related to assigned department
- Supervise a crew of 20+ employees
- Manage workflow, define goals, communicate objectives, and monitor team performance
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality and safety guidelines
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the department
- Maintain quality by enforcing ISO QMS
- Train new hires to help them understand their roles, and job duties
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to management
- Resolving employee issues and disputes
- Create a positive team culture
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications
- Requires strong analytical skills with proficient math, and production tracking.
- Strong work ethic that demonstrates enthusiasm and can-do attitude
- Ability to communicate with all levels within the company
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Drug Screening and Background check required
