As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy Shipping & Receiving Manager to take ownership of our inbound and outbound operations and elevate them to the next level.

What You’ll Do
- Lead all shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and safety
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of shipping/receiving personnel
- Oversee inventory control, material flow, and staging to support production and customer delivery
- Ensure all outbound shipments meet customer requirements and deadlines
- Coordinate inbound logistics and verify incoming materials against purchase orders
- Implement and improve processes to reduce errors, delays, and costs
- Maintain compliance with ISO standards, safety protocols, and company procedures
- Partner cross-functionally with production, purchasing, and customer service teams
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or logistics leadership (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Strong leadership skills—you know how to hold people accountable while building a team
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor experience is a plus)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Ability to think ahead, solve problems quickly, and keep operations moving
- Forklift experience and general warehouse knowledge required
