We are a successful Custom Materials and Automotive Services company looking for a dedicated Supervisor to support our 2nd shift team, to ensure safety and product quality to maximize our production efficiency, and to foster a positive team culture.

Work hours are Monday through Thursday, from 4:30 pm to 3:00 am with occasional Friday night hours, when necessary to meet our customer demands.

Duties include but not limited to the following:

Lead and coordinate all activities related to assigned department
Supervise a crew of 20+ employees
Manage workflow, define goals, communicate objectives, and monitor team performance
Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality and safety guidelines
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the department
Maintain quality by enforcing ISO QMS
Train new hires to help them understand their roles, and job duties
Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to management
Resolving employee issues and disputes
Create a positive team culture

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Experience in Microsoft Office applications
Requires strong analytical skills with proficient math, and production tracking.
Strong work ethic that demonstrates enthusiasm and can-do attitude
Ability to communicate with all levels within the company
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Drug Screening and Background check required
