As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy Shipping & Receiving Manager to take ownership of our inbound and outbound operations and elevate them to the next level.

What You’ll Do

Lead all shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of shipping/receiving personnel.
Oversee inventory control, material flow, and staging to support production and customer delivery.
Ensure all outbound shipments meet customer requirements and deadlines.
Coordinate inbound logistics and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
Implement and improve processes to reduce errors, delays, and costs.
Maintain compliance with ISO standards, safety protocols, and company procedures.
Partner cross-functionally with production, purchasing, and customer service teams.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or logistics leadership (manufacturing environment preferred).
Strong leadership skills—you know how to hold people accountable while building a team.
Experience with ERP systems (Epicor experience is a plus).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
Ability to think ahead, solve problems quickly, and keep operations moving.
Forklift experience and general warehouse knowledge required.
